OPTIMIZED COOLING
To combat power-robbing heat soak generated from the supercharged engine the factory coolant pump calibration has been modified in all ECU Tune stages. This new configuration runs the coolant pump at 50% duty when the ignition is keyed on pushing coolant through the charge coolers and reducing heat faster without the engine running. This helps avoid heat soak and provides faster recovery in-between runs or while staging at the track. During driving or when the intake temp is above 20C, the coolant pump operates at 100% for maximum cooling?efficiency.
